Brand identity is a shared experience, both within your organization and externally, with anyone who interacts with your brand. It can be guided and purposeful or haphazard and random. (And we think you know which way is best.)
Your job as the brand owner is to create that experience and guide it, daily, through the market. Our job as your brand steward is to ensure it’s relevant, powerful, accurate and authentic.
First and foremost, it starts with strategy. A logo is not a brand. Neither is a color. A cool name using an "X" or "Z" is not a brand either.
